Massive Android update coming soon, but how soon?
I’m an Android fan and currently use a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for my main phone, and ever since seeing the new features and theme for Androids latest update codename Lollipop. I have begun counting each lick it takes until I receive the update for my Note 3, but I fear It may be longer then I want.
Most of us have become accustom to Androids candy flavoured OS, but for its latest version 5.0 codenamed Lollipop, it seems certain customers will have to wait a bit longer to see what Lollipop has to offer. Latest reports state that manufacturers like Samsung and LG won’t be the first in line to receive updates to the latest Android OS. However it is to be expected that Google’s Nexus 4,5,7, and 10 will be receiving the update, along with Motorola’s Moto E, G and X and Verizon’s Droid Mini, Maxx and Ultra is said to be one of the first to receive Androids latest OS updates.
There has been no word on what the full plans are for HTC and OnePlus, but there has been promises that for there top SmartPhones will receive a lick of the lolli around the 90 day mark. It seems that Sony and NVIDIA are keeping quiet on this, but there are plans to update the shield tablet.
I for one just can’t wait to receive the Lollipop update, I may just have to buy Google’s new Nexus 9 tablets which will ship with the new Lollipop update. I honestly hope companies like Samsung don’t wait to long or they may be looking at one less customer.
